I am from London, and have a neutral British accent and you will see this in the examples and videos. For "laugh" I would say ลาฟ not แลฟ.
You should not worry about trying to sound British, American, Australian etc. The most important thing is that you can speak clearly and people can understand you.
Most of the sounds in English have equivalent sounds in Thai. There are just 6 sounds that do not exist in Thai. The good news is that you have very similar sounds already . On this website, I have chosen to write the pronunciation of English words using Thai letters instead of using IPA (the symbols used in most dictionaries).
