My name is Stuart and I am an English teacher from London, I have been teaching for more than ten years, teaching students from all over the world.

After moving to Thailand in 2014 I noticed that many students here are very shy to speak English. They are scared of making mistakes. This is a normal fear. There are many books which claim to teach English quickly or easily, but from the ones I have seen the pronunciation is not usually accurate and would make it difficult for a native speaker to understand.

This is why I started "First step English". I want to show you that English is not a scary language and help you become more confident using your English.
